A Grant Deed, dated the 22nd day of April, 1937, from
Philip W. Blumer and May M. Blumer, his wife, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the said
City of Newport Beach, the following described real property,
to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to-'wit:
The Easterly Ten feet of Lot 24 Block 13 Section
4 of Balboa Island, (for street purposes.)
was presented to the City Oouncil of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman l ware- made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
to -wit:
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
AYES, COUNC

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, at a regular meeting there if held on the L_ day of
