A Grant Deed, dated the 13th day of January, 1939, from
Ellen C. Quinn, also known as E. C. Quinn, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the said
City of Newport Beach, the following described real property,
to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Westerly ten (10) feet of Lot-One (1) in Block
Fourteen (14) of Section Four, Balboa Island,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 3.7,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUMNt Councilman \o,;re. made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
