RESOLUTION NO. I&
A Grant Deed, dated the 20th day of January, 1939, from
Howard D. Andrews and Dorothy M. Andrews, his wife, to the
City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the
said City of Newport Beach, the following described real pro -
perty, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The westerly ten (10) feet of Lot 2 in Block
14 of Section 4, Balboa Island, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 7, page 37, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON) Councilman l.`o:ve made
a motion duly seconded by Councilman C.<'I T
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport
