_ 3. A Grant Deed, dated the 9th day of October,_1938, from
4 Lenna M. Cathcart, a married woman, as her own separate property,
5 to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting
6 to the said City of Newport Beach, the following described real
7 property, to -wit:
8 All that certain real property situated in the
9 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
10 scribed as follows, to -wit:
11 The Westerly ten (10) feet of Lot Twelve (12)
in Block Fourteen (14) of Section Four (4)
12 Balboa Island, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 7, page 37, Miscellaneous Maps,
13 Records of Orange County, California.
14 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
15 California.
16 WHEREUPON, Councilman a made
17 a motion duly seconded by Councilman Orr, �
18 and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
19 Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
20 forthwith, with the County Recorder.of Orange County, California.
21 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
22 to -wit:
