RESOLUTION N0.
A Grant Deed, dated the 15th day of July, 1929, from
Frank H. Jones and Ima C. Jones, husband and wife, to the City
of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the said
City of Newport Beach, the following described real property,
to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California,, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Westerly Ten (10) feet of Lot Thirteen (13)
in Block Fourteen (14), Section 4, Balboa
Island, as shown on a map recorded in Book
7, page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman \o;�� � made
a motion duly seconded by Councilman r p31
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, Calif-
ornia.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
