• 3 A Grant Deed, dated the 13th day of May, 1937, from
4 Harry A. Schoeppe and Dorothy M. Schoeppe, his wife, to the
5 City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to
6 the said City of Newport Beach, the following described real
7 property, to -wit:
8 All that certain real
property situated in the
9 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
10 scribed as follows, to -wit:
11 The Westerly 10 feet of Lot 4 Block 14 of Sec-
tion 4, Balboa Island, Map 7/37 MM. Orange
12 Co. For street purposes.
13 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
14 California.
15 WHEREUPON, Councilman v made
16 a motion duly seconded by Councilman �?
17 and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
18 Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
19 forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
20 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
