RESOLUTION NO.
A Grant Deed, dated the 31st day of October, 1938, from
J. Morton Shannon and Mabel Shannon, his wife, to the City d
Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the City
of Newport Beach, the following described real property, to -wit.
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Westerly ten (10) feet of Lot Ten (10) in
Block Fourteen (14) of Section Four, Balboa
Island, as 'shown on a Map recorded in Book
7, page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman \c. -?�' made

and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
