RESOLUTION NO._
A Grant Deed, dated the 26th day of January, 1939, from
FRANCES S. EASTMAN, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal
Corporation, granting to the said City of Newport Beach, the
following.described real property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
The Easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Twenty -six (26)
in Block Thirteen (13) of Section Four (4), Balboa
Island, as shown on a map recorded in Book 7, page
37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, for Street purposes.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilmar,�;,� made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilma and carried, that said Grant
Deed be accepted by said City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk
instructed to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
