A Corporation Grant Deed, dated February 2, 1939,
from Inglewood Extension Company, a Corporation, to the City
of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the said
City of Newport Beach, the following described real property,
to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
Lots Three (3), Four (4), Eight (8)3 Nine
(9), Ten 4410), Eleven (11), Twelve `12),
Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (((18), Nineteen (19 , Twenty (20)
Thirty (30), Thirty -one (31), Thirty -two ?32),
Thirty -three (33)1 Thirty -four (34), Thirty -
five (35), Thirty-six (36), Thirty -seven (37),
Thirty -eight (38), Thirty -nine (39), Forty (40),
Forty -nine (49), Fifty (50), Fifty -one (51)
Fifty -four (54 , Fifty-five (55) Sixty -seven

all in "Tract No. 94811, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 30, pages 6 and 7 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Subject to all unpaid taxes, tax sales and
assessments and restrictions of record.

WHEREUPON, Councilman
made a motion, duly seconded by Councilman tL,rp
and carried, that said Corporation Grant Deed be accepted by
said City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
