A Grant Deed, dated the 27th day of January, 1939,
from E. Elliott and Daisy M. Elliott, husband and wife, and
Ray G. Burlingame and Margaret R. Burlingame, husband and wife,
to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, grant-
ing to the said City of Newport Beach, the following described
property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 54 in Block "B" of Tract No. 673, as per
map recorded in Book 20, pages 17 and 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, assess-
ments and liens of record.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHER=ON, Councilman
made a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
