RESOLUTION NO. L�
WHEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the 30th day of
November, 1938, from Harold Olodfelter and Ruby Olodfelter,
husband and wife, to the Oity of Newport Beach, a municipal
corporation, granting to said City all that certain real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of Califom ia, and more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 5 in Block 438 of Corona del Mar, as per
map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 arts 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
Subject to reservations and restrictions of
record.
was presented to the City Council of the Oity of Newport Beach,
Oalifornia; and
AREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that
said deed be accepted upon the terms and conditions therein
set forth, and other valuable considerations, including the
widening of Highway No. 101 through that portion of the City
of Newport Beach, known as Corona Del Mar.
NOWj THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That said Grant deed be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk
be instructed to record the same forthwith with the Oounty
Recorder of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the ab ove and foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February, 1939, by
the following vote, to -wit:
