RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a certain Corporation Grant Deed dated the
6 `a" day of J,) 1931, from the City of
Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the sixth class
of the State of California, granting to Laura E. Cieck, all
that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block "N't of Tract No. 323,
as per map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Re-
corder of said County., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said
Lot 3, distant thereon, S. 156 24r E., 30 feet
from the Northwesterly corner of said lot; thence
along said Westerly line, S. 150 24t E., a distance
of 20 feet; thence Northeasterly along a line parallel
with the Northerly line of said lot, 88.73 feet to an
Easterly line of said lot; thence Northwesterly along
said Easterly line, to a line drawn parallel with the
said Northerly line of said lot and passing through
the said point of beginning; thence Southwesterly
along said last mentioned parallel line, 74.74 feet
to the point of beginning.
Subject to reservations, restrictions and easements
of record.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be granted to said Grantee upon the terms and condi-
tions therein set forth, and other valuable considerations,
including the widening of Highway No. 101 through that por-
tion of the City of Newport Beach known as Corona Del Mar.
NOW, THEREFORE] BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Grant
Deed in the name of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,

and that the City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof
to the Grantee therein named.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach t a regular meeting
