17HEREAS, a certain Corporation Grant Deed dated the
, from the City of Newport Beach,
a municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, granting to Ralph Lee Reynolds, a married man, all
that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 52 in Block "B" of Tract No. 673 as per
map recorded in Book 20, pages 17 and 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
Subject to an easement for highway purposes
granted to the State of California.
Subject to reservations and restrictions of
record.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
17HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be granted to said Grantee upon the terms and condi-
tions therein set forth, and other valuable considerations,
including the widening of Highway No. 101 through that por-
tion of the City of Newport Beach known as Corona Del Mar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are
hereby directed, authorized and instructed to execute said
Grant Deed in the name of and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and th..t the City Clerk deliver a duly execu-
ted copy thereof to the Grantee therein named.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Reso-
lution was duly and regularly passed and ado.,ted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
