RESOLUTION NO.
"1HEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the 22nd day
of March, 1939, from EDWARD M. BUTTERS and FAYE BUTTERS, hus-
band and wife, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal Cor-
poration, granting to the said City that certain real property
situate in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -nit:
The Southeast 25 feet of Lot One (1)
in Block I'M" of Tract No. 323, in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of
Miscellaneous Haps, Records of said
Orange County.
Subject to current and delinquent City
and County taxes.
Subject to Improvement bonds of record.
- -w4s presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said City that
said deed be accepted for the consideration therein set forth,
to -wit: The sum of FIFTEEN AND N01100 (0-'15.00) DOLLARS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said grant
deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that the
City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach at aA=ajtPuQ1qFFd
