WHEREAS, a certain grant deed dated the day of
the

June, 1939, from JOHN R. SPROULE and LETA 11. SPROULE, husband

and wife, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal Corporation,

granting to said City all that certain real property situated in
7
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
8
and more particularly described as follows, to -grit:

All that portion of Lot 1 in Block 14 of the

"Resubdivision of Section One, Balboa Island ",

as shown on a map recorded in Book 6, page 30
IT RESOLVED: That
of Miscellaneous Mans, records of Orange

County, California, described as follows,

Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said

Lot 1; running thence North - westerly along the
South - westerly line of said Lot One, 17.00

feet; thence Easterly in a direct line, 13.90
feet to a point in the East line of said Lot 1,

which point is 7.00 feet North of the most
Southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence South

along the East line of said Lot 1 to the point
of beginning.
