WHEREAS, a certain Corporation Grant Deed dated

from the City of Newport Beach, a

Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
5
California, granting to Tri -City Associates. Inc., a corporation,
6
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
7
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particular
8
described as follows, to -wit:

Lot 2 in Block "Ca of Tract No. 470, as per
10
map recorded in Book 17, page 28 of Miscel-
laneous Records, in the office of the County
11
Recorder of said County.

Subject to an easement for highway purposes
granted to the State of California.

Subject to reservations and restrictions of
14
record.

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
16
California; and
17
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
18
property be granted to said Grantee upon the terms and conditions
19
therein set forth, and other valuable considerations, including
20
the widening of Highway No. 101 through that portion of the City
21
of Newport Beach known as Corona Del Mar.
22
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
23
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
24
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Grant Deed
25
in the name of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and
26
that the City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the
27
Grantee therein named.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
30
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council.
