RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1623, passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach on the 5th day of
June, 1939, being a resolution ordering improvements pursuant to
Resolution of Intention of the City of Newport Beach No. 1579,
is of no further force or effect for the reason that said Resolu-
tion No. 1579 of the City of Newport Beach has been rescinded,
annulled and declared of no further force or effect for any pur-
pose whatever.
NO"', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No.
1623 of the City of Newport Beach, being a resolution ordering
certain improvements to be made in said City pursuant to Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 1579, be and the same is hereby rescinded,
annulled and declared of no further force or effect for any pur-
pose whatever.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, at al regular
meeting thereof, held on the —}� day of September, 1939.
