3 WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 14th day
4 of August, 1939, from J. J. ISAACSON to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
5 a Municipal Corporation, quitclaiming to the said City that cer-
6 tain real property situate in the City of Newport Beach, County
7 of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described
8 as follows, to -wit:
9 That portion of Lots Three (3) Six t(6) and
10 shipnsix)(6) South,nRangetTeni ilSi) Wes,TS.
B. B. & M., described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly
12 line of "The Hudson" with the Northerly pro-
longation of the Easterly line of Lot Twenty -
13 one (21) in Block Four Hundred Thirty -one (431)
of "Lancaster's Addition to Newport Beach ", as
14 shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
15 California; thence North 0 degrees 44' 30"
West along the Northerly prolongation of the'
16 Easterly line of said Lot Twenty -one, 400 feet;
thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly
17 line of "The Hudson" and Lot One (1) in Block
18 "A" of said Lancaster's Addition to Newport
Beach. 461.53 feet to a point in the Easterly
Line of Central Avenue, as shown on Map No.
19 108 in Book 2, page 1 et seq. of Official
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
20 Orange County; thence Southerly along the
21 Easterly line of said Central Avenue 401.79
feet, more or less
of said Lot One (11, in Block "A" of Lancaster's
to the Northwest corner

Addition to Newport Beach; thence Easterly along
the Northerly line of said Lot One (1) in Block
23 "A" of Lancaster's Addition to Newport Beach and
the North line of "The Hudson" above referred to
24 495.33 feet to the point of beginning.
25 --was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
26 California; and
27 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
28 Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said City that
29 said deed be accepted for the consideration therein set forth,
30 to -wit: The sum of TEN AND N01100 (010.00) DOLLARS.
31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said quitclaim
32 deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that the City

of the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting there
