3 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS FROM
COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR.

6 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
7 City of Newport Beach as follows:
8 That that certain deed dated the 31st day
9 of October, 1939, and acknowledged before the County Clerk of the
10 County of Orange, State of California, on the 1st day of
11 November, 1939, executed by J. C. Lamb, Tax Collector of the Coun
12 of Orange, and covering certain real property within the city of
13 Newport Beach, be and the same is hereby accepted.
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
bity of Newport Beach at its regular meeting held on the 6th day

of November, 1939.
