RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim Deed dated the 2nd day of f December, 1939 from
LEONA E. SIMPSON to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 232, Lake Tract, Newport Beach, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 13 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilmal made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried,
that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwiti
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from the
