A Quitclaim Deed dated the 24th day of November, 193
2
from N. HAUGNESS and LOUISE HAUGNESS, husband and wife, as joint

tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of

the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City
5
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
6
city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
7
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

The Northeasterly one -half of Lot 20 and all
9
of Lot 22, Block 442, Corona Del Mar, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
10
and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman �'- made a

motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
15
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted 4 the City of
16
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
17
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
18
California.

That said motion was carried by the following
