of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the ci

of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the

City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and

more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Lot 3, Block 433, Corona del Mar, as shown
9 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
10 County, California.
11 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
12 California.

14 motion, duly seconded by Councilman Ag and
15 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted y.the City of
16 Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
17 the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
18 California.
