RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 24th day of November,1939
from MARY WALKER HARDISON, a widow, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
a municipal corporation of the sixth class, resmising, releasing
and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach, all that certain
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 10, Block 442, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 32
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
