A Quitclaim deed dated the 30th day of November,
from THOMAS E. WILSON and MAMIE WILSON, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of
the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the city
of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 5, 7, 19 and 21 in Block 442, Corona del Mar, as
shown on a Map recorded in Hook 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
