A Quitclaim deed dated the 30th day of November, 193
3
from PAUL B. WELCH, a single man, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
4
municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
5
quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach, all that certain real
6
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
7
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
8
to -wit:
Lot 8, Block 442, Corona del Mar, as shown
9
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
10
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
11
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12
California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
14
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
15
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accppted by the City of
16
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
17
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
18
California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
