1 j A Quitclaim Deed dated the 9th day of December, 1939,
2 from JOHN B. PYLE and MINNIE L. PYLE, husband and wife, as joint
. 3 tenants, to the city of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of
4 the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City
5 of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
6 city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
7 more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
8 Lot 24, Tract 682, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 20, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
9 of Orange County, California.
10 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
11 California.
12 WHEREUPON, Councilman Live, made a
13 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
14 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
15 Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
16 same forthwith'* trh..th County Recorder of Orange County, California.
