A Quitclaim Deed dated the 4th day of December, 1939
from C. ALBERTA HANNA, a single woman, to the CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising,
releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that
certain real property situated in the city of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 6, Tract No. 652, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 20, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
SEly 30 feet of Lot 4, Block 0, Tract No, 3323, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and
41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Cl v;Va, made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman s_crh and carried, that said
Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that
the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to
