A Quitclaim Deed dated the 18th day of December,

1939, from LESTER P. SIMS and HAZEL R. SIMS, husband and wife,

to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the

sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
6
Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
7
city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
8
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Lots 62, 631 64 and 65, Block A;
10 Lots 2, 31 311 323 331 341 371 421
43, 55, 56, 57 and 58, Block B;
11 All in Tract No. 673 as shown on
Map recorded in Book 29, pages 17
12 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.

Lots 1, 21 31 41 5 and 6, Block P.
14 Tract 323, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous

as shown on Map recorded in Book 3, pages

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman _ e;4e made a

motion, duly seconded by Councilman and

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted b the City of
23
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
24
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
25
California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
