A Quitclaim Deed dated the 27th day of December, 1939,
from CECIL B. OPDALE and EDNA M. OPDALE, husband and wife, to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularli
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 44, Tract No. 682, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 20, page 19 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.

California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said quitclaim deed be accepted by t e City of Newport Beach, and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
