RESOLUTION NO._-
A Quitclaim deed dated the 21st day of December, 1939
from Carl M. Grimstad and Julia M. Grimstad, husband and wife,
to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach all that real property situated in the city of Newport Beach
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 99, Tract 907, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 29, pages 25 to 36 inclusive of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman � e. made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilma and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
(with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following
