RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 27th day of October, 1939
WILLIAM S. LITTLE and ABBIE E. LITTLE, husband and wife, to
he CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
s, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
bed as follows, to -wit:
Lots Eleven (11)0 Thirteen (13) and Fifteen (15),
Block 537, Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, CouncilmartLgilra, made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
th the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, t
