RESOLUTION NO.�
WHEREAS, NICHOLAS K. JUVET and BEVERLY R. JUVET,
and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the
sum of x$50.00 for Lot 7, Block 1, Tract 919 in the city of
Newport Beach, as shown on Map recorded in Book 29, pages 31 to
34 inc., of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; and
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the beet interests of said City that said
be sold for the said sum of $50.00; and
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property

above described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be

sold to the said Nicholas K. Juvet and Beverly R. Juvet, husband
18
and wife, for the sum of $50.00; free and clear of all encumbrance;,
19
subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1940 -41 and unpaid
20
improvement assessments of record. Also subject to conditions,
21
restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City
22
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
23
a deed for said property to the said parties upon receipt of the
24
consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $5.00 be paid
26
to Raymond C. Parker, as and for his commission for the negotiatin
27
of the sale of said real property to Nicholas K. Juvet and Beverly
28
R. Juvet, his wife, as joint tenants, sai4um being a fair and
29
reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker
30
sing a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

2 Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
3 City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
4 thereof held on the 6th day of May, 1940 by the following
