Mayor and City Clerk to sign on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, a license awarding
agreement with Harold R. Rupp for the Balboa Pier Bait Concession.. On motion of contract
Councilman Allen, seconded by Councilman Brown the resolution was adopted by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Reed. Claire, Allen, Brown, Gordon.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
