4 CALIFORNIA, PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED UP AND ABAN-
DONED.

7 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newpoirt Beach
8 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
9 certain map or plat showing a portion of a certain public street,
10 to —wit, that portion of the un —named street commonly known as
11 Fifth Avenue, lying northerly of and adjacent to Block •Ea of
12 Tract No. 470,)which the City Council of the City of.Newport Beach
13 proposes to close up and abandon.
14 NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said map be,
15 and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City
16 of Newport Beach is ordered and directed to file the ease in
17 the proceedings for the abandowent of a portion of said street.
