2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 15th day of August, 1940
. 3 from THOMAS E. WILSON and MAMIE E. WILSON, husband and wife, to
4 the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
5 class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport)
6 Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach
7 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
8 described as follows, to -wit:
9 Parcel 1. Lots Two (2), Four (4) and the South-
westerly 25 feet of Lot Six (6), in Block 235
10 of Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
11 Maps, records of Orange County, California.
12 Parcel 2. Lot Eight (9) m d the North - easterly
10 feet of Lot Six (6) in Block 135 of Re -Sub
13 of Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 67 of Miscellaneous Maps,
14 records of Orange County, California.
15 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
16 California. tt
17 WHEREUPON, Councilman (`p„ xa_ made a motion,
18 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
19 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
20 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
21 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
22 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
23 to -wit:
