RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the 4th day of
October, 1940, from Orval A. Moore and Mary K. Moore, husband
and wife, to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation,
and covering all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lot Four (4) Block 51, Ocean Front Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
Subject to conditions, restrictions and
reservations of record.
Subject to taxes, city and county, for the
fiscal year 1940 -1941, now a lien on said property
but not yet due or payable.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

WHEREUPON, Councilman Z \ d t t o,.. made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City, and that
the Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
