A Quitclaim deed dated the 13th day of February, 1941
from W. H. AUSTIN and INA AUSTIN, husband and wife, an undivided
one -half interest; W. L. AUSTIN, single, an undivided one -half
interest, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation
of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the
City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 2, Block E, Tract No. 323, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman O��;a made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman 1l sv. and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
