A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 9th day of March, 1941
from EARL M. BRADY to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim
to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in
the_ City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to —wi-t:
Lot 4, Block 440; Lots 14 and 16, Block 443;
all in Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman ta, ;'S,, made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman �� and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
withtthe County Recorder of Orange County, California.
