RESOLUTION NO.IBIL
A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 13th day of March, 1941
from WILLIAM E. RAYNOR to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaimi
to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot S, Block 533, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �Qaare� made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman ���ftm and carried, that
said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach anrl
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the sane forthwith
with the County Recorder of grange County, California.
