A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 9th day of March, 1941 from
SIGNE ERICKSON to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporati
of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the
City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
ticularly described as follows, to —wit:
Lots 16 and 17, Block 44, River Section,
Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California
was presented t the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
jalifornia.
WHEREUPON, CouncilmanLL � made a motion,
my seconded by Councilman Ajj and carried, that
aid Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
15 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
16 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
17 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
