A Quitclaim deed dated the 12th day of April, 1941, from
EL4IL AUEND, CARL A,aEND and MARIE J. STANTON, to the CIT Y OF NEYYPORT
BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising,
releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach, all that
real property situated in the City. of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 1, Block 42, Third Addition to Newport
Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
3, page 31 of t✓iscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. hiLiko- l7HERUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
