l-.HEREAS, RICCARDO B. ROBIZZOLI, a single man, has this

day offered to the CITY OF NM7PORT BEACH, the sum of $512.50 for

Lot 22 and the Southwesterly 15t of Lot 24, Block 242; Lot 15,
5
Block 331; Lots S and 10, Block 643; All in Corona del 'Lear, in
6
the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Hap recorded in Book j,
7
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Daps, records of Orange County,..

California; and

WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10
as and for the purchase price of said lots; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13
14 property be sold for the said sum of $512.50; and
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15
16 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
above described.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
19 sold to the said Riccardo B. Robizzoli, a single man, as his
20 separate property, for the sum of $512.50, free and clear of all
21 encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42
22 and unpaid improvement assessments of record. Also subject to
23 conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The 'Kayor
24 and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to exeoute
25 and deliver a deed for said property to the said party upon
26 receipt of the consideration above set forth.
27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $128.13 be paid
28 to Ralph P. Haskey, as and for his commission for the negotiating
29 of the sale of said real property to Riccardo B. Robizzol,' a
30 single man as his separate property, said sum being a fair and
31 reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale and said broker
32 being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

2 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
3 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
4 the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
5 the 5th day of May, 1941, by the following vote, to -wit:
