3 N EREAS, ALAN D. HANSEN and MAE E. HANSEN, husband and
4 wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NL17PORT BEACH, the sum
5 of $225.00 for Lot 2, Block 433, Corona del Liar, in the City of
6 Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
7 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
8 17HEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12 property be sold for the said sum of $225.00; and
13 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
1511 above described.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17 sold to the said Alan D. Hansen and Mae E. Hansel, husband and wife
18 for the sum of $225.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject
19 to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and unpaid improvement
20
assessments of record. Also
subject to
conditions,
restrictions

and reservations of record.
The Mayor
and the City
Clerk are
2211 hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed for
2311 said property to the said parties upon receipt of the consideration
24 above set forth.
25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $56.25 be paid
26 to Ralph P. Maskey, as and for his commission for the negotiating
27 of the sale of said real property to Alan D. Hansen and Mae X.
28 Hansen, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and
29 reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker
3011being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

2 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
3 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
4 the City of Newport Beach at.a regular meeting thereof held on the
5 5th day of May, 1941, by the following vote, to —wit:
