WHEREAS, PAUL G. HUFFMAN and SORENIA E. HUFFMAN, husband

and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF 17- EVTPORT BEACH, the
4
sum of $175.00 for Lots 13 and 15, Block 537, Corona del Mar, in
5
the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a lisp recorded in Book 3,
6
pages 41 and 42 of Liscellaneous .flaps, records of Orange County,
7
California; and
8
10MEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
10 as and for the purchase price of said lots; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ne•.tip ort Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $175.00; and
13
14 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15f and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16 above described.
NOW, THEzEFORt, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17
11sold to the said Paul G. Huffman and Sorenia E. Huffman, husband
19 and wife, for the sum of $175.00, free and clear of all encumbrance
2011 subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and unpaid improve
21ilment assessments of record. Also subject to conditions, restrict -
221 ions and reservations of record. The l:ayor and the City Clerk
23 are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed
24 for said property to the said parties upon receipt of the
25�consideration above set forth.
26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $43.75 be
27 paid to G. W. Ritchie ,I,as and for his commission for the negotiat'z;,`-
28 of the sale of said real property to Paul G. Huffman and Sorenia
29 E. Huffman, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and
30 reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker
31 being a licensed realtor of the City of Nei -vport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council Of
the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular :-,,eeting thereof
