WHEREAS, JAMS C. KEEP and UEL Y. =.:P, husband and

ife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT EACH, the son

1 o 9200.00 for Lot 7, Block 630, Corona del Lai, in the City of

Newport Beach, as shown on a Lap recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
7
142 of ; iscellaneous Leaps, records of Orange County, California;

land

4- JMREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and

WHERP.AS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13
!property be sold for the said sum of $200.00; and
14
' TBEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16
above described.

VOW, TH HEFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
18
sold to the said James C. Kemp, and Label Y. Kemp, husband and
19
wife, for the sum of ;200.00, free and clear of all encumbrances,
20
isub ect to the taxes for the fiscal
j year 1941 -42 and unpaid
21
limprovement assessments of record. Also subject to conditions,
22
restrictions and reservations of record, the Layor and the City
23
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a
24
deed for said property to the said parties upon receipt of the
25

consideration above set forth.

BE FURTHER IT RESOLVED: That the sum of

Wo Ralph P. Haskey, as and for his commission for the negotiating•

!of the sale of said real property to Janes C. Kemp and Label Y.

wife as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and
