County, California; and

'.`IMHEAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price

as and for the purchase price of said lot; and

?3HEREAS, the City Council of the City of TTewport Beach

deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said

property be sold for the said sum of ;,250.00; and

and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
