WHEREAS, CHARLES E. COMY and TRUTH H. CONLEY, husbandl

and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the!

sum of $250.00 for Lot 27, Tract into. 682, Corona del Kar, in the
i

City of ides port Beach, as shorn on a nap recorded in Book 20,
i
7
page 19 of hiscellaneous taps, records of Orange County,
8
California; and
9
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13
property be sold for the said sum of $250.00; and

4HER:r;AS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16
above described.

VOW, TH{REFOI'e, BE IT R SOLVED: That said property be
18
sold to the said Charles E. Conley and Truth K. Conley, husband
19
and wife, for the sum of $250.00, free and clear of all
20
i encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 i
21
i and unpaid improvement assessments of record. Also subject to
22
conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Layor
i
23
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
24
and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties upon
25
receipt of the consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $62.50 be
27

1 paid to Ralph P. Kaskey, as and for his comziesion for the
28
negotiating of the sale of said real property of Charles E.
•
29
Conley and Truth R. Conley, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum
30
being a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale

and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport
li

Beach.
