FLEETWOOD, a single man, has this 4 day offered to the CITY OF NE17PORT BEACH the sum of $150.00 for 5 Lot 22, Block 639, Corona del Mar, in the City of Newport Beach, 6 .shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscell- 7 aneous Naps, records of Orange County, California; and 8 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price 9 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and 10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Idewport Beach 11 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said 12 property be sold for the said sum of $150.00; and 13 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate 14 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property 15 above described. 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be 17 sold to the said William J. Fleetwood, a single man, for the sum 18 of $150.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to the 19 taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and unpaid improvement assessment 20 of record. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reserva- 21 tions of record. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorize 22 and directed to execute and deliver a deed for said property to 23 the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth. 24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of 1;37.;0 be paid 25 to F. L. Andrews, as and for his commission for the negotiating of 26 the sale of said real property to William J.
