offered to the CITY OF NEI1PORT BEACH, the sum of $175.00 for the

Northeasterly one -half (gZ- of Lot 20 and all of Lot 22, Block 442,

Corona del f. ar, in the City of ffe eport Beach, as shown on a i ap

recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of 'Miscellaneous Mans, records

of Orange County, California; and

I'J- iyREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
in said sale
and said broker

as and for the purchase price of said lot; and

Y7HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13
property be sold for the said sum of $175.00; and
14
VdHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16
above described.

?01?, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED: That said property be
18
sold to the said Doylis w. Denbow, a single man, as his separate
19 I property, for the sura of $175.00, free and clear of all encwnbrance ,
20 subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and unpaid improve
21 ment assessments of record. Also subject to conditions, restrictioac
22 and reservations of record. Tae Iayor and the City Clerk are
23 hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed for
24 said property to the said party upon receipt of the consideration
25 above set forth.
26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $43.75 be
27 paid to Ralph P. 'Maskey, as and for his coraaission for the
