3 WHEREAS, there is now pending in the Superior Court
4 of the Btate of California, in and for the County of Orange,
5 action No. , being entitled, °City of Newport Beach, etc.,
6 vs. Ralph Y. iw:askey, et ux. ", involving that certain real proper -
7 ty situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
8 State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
9 to-wit:
10 Lots One (1) and Twc ( ?) in Block 339,
Canal Section, Newo ort Beach, as Chown
11 on a man recorded in Book 4, page 98
of Miscellaneous Laps, Records of Orange
12 County, California.
13 And WHEREAS, the defendants in said action are the
14 record owners of said real property and also own the bonds now
15 a lien on said real property and issued under and pursuant to
16 the Imnrovement Act of 1911, under Resolution No. 558 of the
17 ' city of I'ewport Beach; and
18 WhEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has been offered
19 for all of its right, title and interest in ana tc s id real
20 property the sum of $300.00; and

21 'IYHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
22 deems that said price is just, fair and adequate for tl.e interest
23 which said city may have in said property, and that it will be
24 for the best interests and benefit of said city that said city

dispose of its
right, title and interest in
said property in

order that said.

BE IT RESOLVED:
That a certain

be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the city of Newport Beach are authorized, directed and
instructed to approve in writing the stipulati -n this day present-
ed to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach, on behalf
of said city of Newport Beach.
